White Tank Mountain Regional Park is in Arizona just west of Phoenix. White Tank Mountain Regional Park is open 6 a.m. 8p.m. Sunday - Thursday and 10 p.m. Friday & Saturday. A $5 per vehicle entry fee is required. The physical address is13025 N. White Tank Mountain Road Waddell, AZ 85355
