I have a set of eggbeaters by Crank brothers another biker recommended me to get them. I don’t like um that much is hard to get a accustom to the eggbeaters, I have had some bad spills and couldn't heel out fast enough. I was in Moscow Mountain in Moscow, Idaho the trail was a nice and trail was nice and green. The trail had some sharp switchbacks, my brother had no eggbeaters and he hit the sharp switchbacks like it he was on a paved road. Not me I started out ok and then I lost it and hit the ground like a sack of potatoes. I couldn't heel out fast enough. I sprained my ankle bad it hurt for two month. The funny thing is my brother was saying your not hurt get up.
note: I do like the egg beaters I'm not knocking on Crank brothers. I just had a bad start on the egg beaters. |
